Temadam is a shrubby, aromatic plant that is grown in the highlands of Ethiopia. Literally translated her name means “Health of Adam”. The leaves are used to flavor sour milk, cheese and coffee, while the fruits are used as a spice ingredient by Berbere and Shiro.
